At the heart of Qland Construction is our founder, Ajayi A. Miller — a licensed General Contractor with more than 25 years of experience in construction and construction management. Ajayi’s career began in the trades, where he developed a deep understanding of the craft from the ground up. Over the years, he advanced into leadership roles with nationally recognized builders, managing large residential communities and complex commercial projects. Along the way, he earned a reputation for integrity, precision, and his ability to guide teams while building lasting relationships with clients.
From this foundation, Ajayi established Qland Enterprises LLC, proudly doing business as Qland Construction. The company was born out of his vision to blend decades of expertise with a client-centered approach — one that treats every project as a partnership and every client’s dream as a mission. What began as a commitment to quality and trust has grown into a versatile construction firm serving both residential and commercial markets, with specialties ranging from concrete and flatwork to remodels, painting, stucco remediation, and custom outdoor living spaces.

Ajayi A. Miller, a licensed General Contractor (CGC 1532897), built Qland Construction on the principles of integrity, quality, and service. With years of hands-on experience supervising large-scale residential communities and commercial projects across Florida, Ajayi developed a reputation not only for delivering homes and spaces built to last but also for treating every client as a partner in the process. His background includes leadership roles with nationally recognized builders, where he managed construction managers, guided trade partners, and upheld the highest standards of safety and compliance.
